Pre-press Laboratory – 2

In this laboratory, students take training in the Desktop Publishing System. They learn how to use this program for making design on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign programs on the Macintosh computers. There are 20 Macintosh computers in this laboratory. Besides this, there is a projector and one Black & White laser printer too. Students prepare their design as pamphlets, catalogs, booklets or flyers in Digital Imposition Laboratory all year long and they print their design by Xerox digital printing machine in Xerox digital printing laboratory. If there are any mistakes in their design they could see and correct their mistakes. By this way they are not only learning theory but also they can apply their gained skills in real life.
